FAQ

Issues you may encounter when purchasing rigid PCBs

Can you do multiple layers of rigid boards and how many layers can you do?

Of course, we can do up to 60 layers of rigid circuit boards. Provide Gerber documents and board instructions, and our professional technicians will follow up to ensure “high quality” while achieving “fast delivery”.

Any industry documents with similar needs? Can you send them to me?

We can’t share these documents. When we sign a contract, we sign an NDA agreement with our customers that we can’t disclose the customer’s design to maximize the customer’s benefit. We are a trustworthy and responsible supplier, and we will not disclose your products to other customers when they ask for them in the future.

If I want to order rigid circuit boards, how do I order them?

You can order through multiple channels:

  • Online: Get a free quote on our website
  • Email: Send to **@********cb.com with your name, company, address, phone number, email, product number, quantity, delivery time and any other information. Attach your Gerber file.
  • Phone: Call us at +86 139 2957 6863 for any questions

Can I make a PCB if I only have a schematic?

Yes, you can. We can lay out the PCB according to your schematic and then arrange the production. Please send your schematic and requirements to **@********cb.com, and we will provide a quotation accordingly.

What certifications do PCB factories have?

All of our products are IPC rated with:

  • ISO 14001
  • ISO 9001
  • CE
  • ROHS certificates

Our products are widely used in communication, medical equipment, industrial control, power supply, consumer electronics, aerospace, automotive industry and other fields.
