A Precision Journey from Design to Finished Product
PCB manufacturing is a complex and precise process that requires advanced technology and strict quality control. We have a standard manufacturing process, world-class production equipment, quality and quantity assurance, rapid completion, and production of PCB boards to meet customer requirements.
In engineering design, according to customer needs, circuit design, layout wiring, impedance control, etc., to ensure that the PCB meets the electrical performance and mechanical performance requirements.
In terms of material selection, high-quality copper cladding boards, copper foils, solder-resist ink and other materials are used to ensure the reliability and durability of the PCB.
In graphic recording, the circuit graphics are transferred to the copper-clad board through a photolithography process to form a precise line pattern.
In etching and plating, the excess copper foil is removed through chemical etching, and the thickness of the copper layer is increased through the plating process to ensure the conductivity and reliability of the circuit.
In solder mask and silkscreen, solder mask ink is coated on the PCB surface to protect the line and prevent short-circuiting, while silkscreen marking is performed to facilitate component installation and maintenance.
In surface treatment technology, according to customer needs, we perform surface treatment such as gold immersion, silver immersion, OSP, etc. to improve the solderability and oxidation resistance of PCB.
In the electrical testing stage, the PCB is tested for electrical performance using a flying probe tester or a needle bed tester to ensure that it meets the design requirements.

II. PCB Assembly

Seamless transition from components to finished products
PCB assembly is the process of mounting electronic components onto PCBs and making electrical connections. We use advanced equipment and technology to ensure high precision and reliability in the assembly process and to become a PCB service provider worthy of our customers' trust.
In the solder paste printing stage, a high-precision stencil printer is used to accurately print solder paste onto the PCB pads in preparation for the subsequent soldering of components.
In the component placement stage, we utilize high-speed and high-precision placement machines to accurately place various electronic components onto the corresponding PCB positions.
In the reflow soldering stage, the PCB with the components mounted is sent into the reflow soldering furnace to realize reliable soldering connection through the precise temperature control system.
In the inspection and rework stage, automatic optical inspection (AOI) equipment is used to check the quality of the soldering and rework the defective solder joints to ensure product quality.
In the cleaning and testing phase, the PCB is cleaned of residual solder paste and flux and functionally tested to ensure it meets design requirements.
