A elimina\u00e7\u00e3o do chumbo do processo de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o traz desafios t\u00e9rmicos significativos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Elevated Reflow Temperatures: Traditional leaded soldering (SnPb) occurs at roughly 183\u00b0C. A classifica\u00e7\u00e3o mais importante para uma placa de circuito impresso em bruto \u00e9 a UL 94V-0, que avalia a inflamabilidade de pl\u00e1sticos e laminados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A certifica\u00e7\u00e3o 94V-0 garante que, caso o substrato da placa de circuito impresso seja exposto a uma chama aberta, a combust\u00e3o com chamas verticais cesse em at\u00e9 10 segundos e n\u00e3o ocorram gotejamentos em chamas. Mantemos um rigoroso controle UL sobre nossas mat\u00e9rias-primas, garantindo que nossas resinas ep\u00f3xi retardantes de chamas (como o FR-4 padr\u00e3o) sejam oficialmente reconhecidas sob nosso n\u00famero de registro UL, que \u00e9 gravado permanentemente na camada de cobre ou serigrafia do PCB para verifica\u00e7\u00e3o alfandeg\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"FCC_Part_15_Electromagnetic_Interference\"><\/span>FCC Parte 15 (Interfer\u00eancia eletromagn\u00e9tica)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Comiss\u00e3o Federal de Comunica\u00e7\u00f5es (FCC) regula as emiss\u00f5es intencionais e n\u00e3o intencionais de radiofrequ\u00eancia.
