eletr\u00f4nico miniatura fabricado utilizando processos espec\u00edficos de semicondutores que integram componentes eletr\u00f4nicos, tais como <strong>transistores, resistores, capacitores, diodos<\/strong>e suas vias de interconex\u00e3o em uma \u00fanica pastilha semicondutora ou substrato diel\u00e9trico. Esses componentes s\u00e3o estruturalmente formados em um todo completo e, ap\u00f3s o encapsulamento, tornam-se uma estrutura miniaturizada com fun\u00e7\u00f5es de circuito espec\u00edficas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Externamente, um circuito integrado normalmente se apresenta como um pequeno bloco embalado com v\u00e1rios pinos, mas por dentro h\u00e1 um microcosmo incrivelmente complexo. Nos diagramas de circuitos, os circuitos integrados s\u00e3o geralmente representados por s\u00edmbolos como \u201cIC\u201d ou \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_Do_Integrated_Circuits_Work\"><\/span>Como funcionam os circuitos integrados?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Basic_Operating_Principles\"><\/span>Princ\u00edpios b\u00e1sicos de funcionamento<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A base do funcionamento dos circuitos integrados reside em <strong>propriedades dos semicondutores<\/strong> e o princ\u00edpio de <strong>controle do campo el\u00e9trico<\/strong>. Em termos simples, eles processam, armazenam e transmitem informa\u00e7\u00f5es controlando os estados de comuta\u00e7\u00e3o de milh\u00f5es ou at\u00e9 bilh\u00f5es de transistores dentro do
