Les deux cadres r\u00e9glementaires les plus influents \u00e9manent de l'Union europ\u00e9enne, mais servent de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de facto pour l'industrie \u00e9lectronique mondiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"RoHS_Restriction_of_Hazardous_Substances\"><\/span>RoHS (Restriction de l'utilisation de certaines substances dangereuses)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La directive RoHS limite l'utilisation de certaines substances dangereuses dans les \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectroniques, notamment le plomb (Pb). L'\u00e9limination du plomb du processus de fabrication pose d'importants d\u00e9fis thermiques :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Elevated Reflow Temperatures: Traditional leaded soldering (SnPb) occurs at roughly 183\u00b0C. Lead-free RoHS-compliant soldering (using SAC305 alloys) requires peak reflow temperatures to reach between 240\u00b0C and 260 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contrainte thermique du substrat :<\/strong> Afin d'\u00e9viter la d\u00e9lamination, la formation de cloques et le soul\u00e8vement des pastilles de cuivre lors de ces cycles \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, nous utilisons des stratifi\u00e9s de base sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentant une temp\u00e9rature de transition vitreuse \u00e9lev\u00e9e (Tg \u2265 170) et une temp\u00e9rature de d\u00e9composition \u00e9lev\u00e9e (Td).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"REACH_Registration_Evaluation_Authorization_and_Restriction_of_Chemicals\"><\/span>REACH (Enregistrement, \u00e9valuation, autorisation et restriction des substances chimiques)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors que la directive RoHS vise les assemblages \u00e9lectroniques finis, le r\u00e8glement REACH porte sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie chimique de toutes les substances utilis\u00e9es lors de la fabrication, en surveillant les substances extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9occupantes (SVHC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chez Topfast, notre \u00e9quipe des achats exige que tous les fournisseurs de produits chimiques, fabricants de flux et fournisseurs de stratifi\u00e9s fournissent des certificats de conformit\u00e9 (CoC) \u00e0 jour. Le marquage le plus important pour un circuit imprim\u00e9 brut est la classification UL 94V-0, qui \u00e9value l'inflammabilit\u00e9 des plastiques et des stratifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La certification 94V-0 garantit que, si le substrat du circuit imprim\u00e9 est expos\u00e9 \u00e0 une flamme nue, la combustion avec flamme verticale s'arr\u00eate en moins de 10 secondes et qu'aucune goutte enflamm\u00e9e ne se forme. Nous assurons un suivi UL rigoureux de nos mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, garantissant que nos r\u00e9sines \u00e9poxy ignifuges (comme le FR-4 standard) sont officiellement reconnues sous notre num\u00e9ro de dossier UL, qui est grav\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re permanente dans la couche de cuivre ou de s\u00e9rigraphie du circuit imprim\u00e9 \u00e0 des fins de v\u00e9rification douani\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"FCC_Part_15_Electromagnetic_Interference\"><\/span>Partie 15 du r\u00e8glement de la FCC (Interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Commission f\u00e9d\u00e9rale des communications (FCC) r\u00e9glemente les \u00e9missions de radiofr\u00e9quences, qu'elles soient intentionnelles ou non. Si un appareil est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'une alimentation \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage, d'horloges num\u00e9riques \u00e0 haute vitesse ou de modules sans fil, il doit respecter les limites fix\u00e9es par la partie 15 de la r\u00e9glementation FCC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que le test FCC soit r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur l'appareil fini et ferm\u00e9, la conformit\u00e9 s'assure d\u00e8s la phase de conception et de fabrication du circuit imprim\u00e9. Notre \u00e9quipe d'ing\u00e9nieurs veille au respect des normes FCC en v\u00e9rifiant que votre conception int\u00e8gre des plans de masse appropri\u00e9s, des barri\u00e8res de blindage et des pistes \u00e0 imp\u00e9dance contr\u00f4l\u00e9e. L'Association Connecting Electronics Industries (IPC) classe la qualit\u00e9 de fabrication en trois cat\u00e9gories distinctes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IPC_Class_2_Dedicated_Service_Electronic_Products\"><\/span>Classe IPC 2 : Produits \u00e9lectroniques \u00e0 usage sp\u00e9cifique<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La classe 2 couvre les \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectroniques commerciaux courants, notamment les ordinateurs, les \u00e9quipements de communication et les appareils grand public connect\u00e9s \u00e0 l'Internet des objets (IoT), pour lesquels un fonctionnement continu est souhait\u00e9 mais n'est pas d'une importance vitale. De l\u00e9g\u00e8res imperfections esth\u00e9tiques ou des anomalies non fonctionnelles sont tol\u00e9r\u00e9es tant que l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique est pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IPC_Class_3_High_Reliability_Electronic_Products\"><\/span>Classe 3 de l'IPC : Produits \u00e9lectroniques \u00e0 haute fiabilit\u00e9<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La classe 3 s'applique aux \u00e9quipements pour lesquels un fonctionnement ininterrompu et continu est obligatoire, o\u00f9 aucune panne n'est tol\u00e9r\u00e9e et o\u00f9 l'environnement d'exploitation peut \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement hostile. Cela inclut les syst\u00e8mes de vol a\u00e9rospatiaux, les modules ADAS automobiles et les appareils m\u00e9dicaux de maintien des fonctions vitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fabrication conforme \u00e0 la norme IPC Classe 3 impose des tol\u00e9rances plus strictes dans l'ensemble de notre site :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exigences relatives aux bagues annulaires :<\/strong> La classe 2 autorise un d\u00e9bordement du trou de forage hors de la zone de forage, \u00e0 condition que le d\u00e9bordement lat\u00e9ral reste dans les limites minimales fix\u00e9es.
