Il s'agit d'un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel de la fabrication des produits \u00e9lectroniques, et l'on peut dire que sans l'assemblage de circuits imprim\u00e9s, il n'y aurait pas de vari\u00e9t\u00e9 imprim\u00e9s<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L'assemblage de circuits imprim\u00e9s est un processus hautement sophistiqu\u00e9 et complexe, dont le d\u00e9roulement comprend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9s suivantes :<br>Impression de p\u00e2te \u00e0 braser : Utiliser des pochoirs pour imprimer avec pr\u00e9cision de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 braser sur les plages du circuit imprim\u00e9 afin de pr\u00e9parer le soudage ult\u00e9rieur des composants.<br>Placement des composants : l'utilisation d'une machine de placement de haute pr\u00e9cision permet de placer avec pr\u00e9cision les r\u00e9sistances, les condensateurs, les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et d'autres composants \u00e0 l'emplacement correspondant du circuit imprim\u00e9.<br>Brasage par refusion : Envoyer le circuit imprim\u00e9 avec les composants mont\u00e9s dans le four de soudage par refusion pour faire fondre la p\u00e2te \u00e0 braser par chauffage \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et souder fermement les composants sur le circuit imprim\u00e9.<br>Inspection et reprise :Utiliser l'inspection optique automatique (AOI) et d'autres \u00e9quipements pour v\u00e9rifier la qualit\u00e9 de la soudure et retravailler les joints de soudure d\u00e9fectueux afin de garantir la fiabilit\u00e9 de la connexion.<br>Nettoyage et test : Nettoyer les
