Il faut donc faire preuve de prudence dans le choix des mat\u00e9riaux, car les circuits imprim\u00e9s flexibles doivent pouvoir \u00eatre pli\u00e9s et tordus \u00e0 plusieurs reprises sans que la fonction du circuit ne soit endommag\u00e9e. Le mat\u00e9riau du substrat ne peut pas \u00eatre choisi parmi les mat\u00e9riaux traditionnels des circuits imprim\u00e9s rigides, tels que le FR-4.
