Los dos marcos normativos m\u00e1s influyentes proceden de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, pero sirven de referencia de facto para el sector electr\u00f3nico a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"RoHS_Restriction_of_Hazardous_Substances\"><\/span>RoHS (Restricci\u00f3n del uso de sustancias peligrosas)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La directiva RoHS restringe el uso de determinados materiales peligrosos en los equipos electr\u00f3nicos, sobre todo el plomo (Pb). La eliminaci\u00f3n del plomo del proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n plantea importantes retos t\u00e9rmicos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Elevated Reflow Temperatures: Traditional leaded soldering (SnPb) occurs at roughly 183\u00b0C. Lead-free RoHS-compliant soldering (using SAC305 alloys) requires peak reflow temperatures to reach between 240\u00b0C and 260 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estr\u00e9s t\u00e9rmico del sustrato:<\/strong> Para evitar la delaminaci\u00f3n, la formaci\u00f3n de ampollas y el desprendimiento de las pistas de cobre durante estos ciclos de alta temperatura, utilizamos laminados base especializados con una temperatura de transici\u00f3n v\u00edtrea elevada (Tg \u2265 170) y una temperatura de descomposici\u00f3n elevada (Td).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"REACH_Registration_Evaluation_Authorization_and_Restriction_of_Chemicals\"><\/span>REACH (Registro, evaluaci\u00f3n, autorizaci\u00f3n y restricci\u00f3n de sustancias qu\u00edmicas)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mientras que la Directiva RoHS se centra en los productos electr\u00f3nicos terminados, el Reglamento REACH se centra en el ciclo de vida qu\u00edmico m\u00e1s amplio de todas las sustancias utilizadas durante la fabricaci\u00f3n, y supervisa las sustancias extremadamente preocupantes (SVHC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Topfast, nuestro equipo de compras exige a todos los proveedores de productos qu\u00edmicos, fabricantes de fundentes y proveedores de laminados que presenten certificados de conformidad (CoC) actualizados. Esto garantiza que ning\u00fan plastificante no regulado, retardante de llama bromado o producto qu\u00edmico para el acabado de superficies ponga en riesgo la conformidad legal de su producto en los mercados internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Safety_and_Electromagnetic_Compliance_UL_and_FCC\"><\/span>Seguridad y conformidad electromagn\u00e9tica: UL y FCC<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el mercado norteamericano, los productos deben superar rigurosas pruebas de seguridad y compatibilidad electromagn\u00e9tica (EMC) antes de su comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"UL_94V-0_Flammability_Standard\"><\/span>Norma de inflamabilidad UL 94V-0<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las certificaciones de seguridad de Underwriters Laboratories (UL) son fundamentales para la tranquilidad de los consumidores y las responsabilidades de las aseguradoras. La clasificaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante para una placa de circuito impreso sin terminar es la UL 94V-0, que mide la inflamabilidad de los pl\u00e1sticos y los laminados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La certificaci\u00f3n 94V-0 garantiza que, si el sustrato de la placa de circuito impreso se expone a una llama abierta, la combusti\u00f3n con llama vertical se detiene en un plazo de 10 segundos y no se producen goteos de material en llamas. Mantenemos un estricto seguimiento UL de nuestras materias primas, lo que garantiza que nuestras resinas epoxi ign\u00edfugas (como el FR-4 est\u00e1ndar) est\u00e9n oficialmente reconocidas bajo nuestro n\u00famero de expediente UL, que se graba de forma permanente en la capa de cobre o serigraf\u00eda del PCB para su verificaci\u00f3n en aduana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"FCC_Part_15_Electromagnetic_Interference\"><\/span>Parte 15 de la FCC (Interferencias electromagn\u00e9ticas)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Comunicaciones (FCC) regula las emisiones de radiofrecuencia, tanto intencionadas como no intencionadas. Si un dispositivo cuenta con una fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n conmutada, relojes digitales de alta velocidad o m\u00f3dulos inal\u00e1mbricos, debe cumplir los l\u00edmites establecidos en la Parte 15 de la FCC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque la prueba de la FCC se realiza sobre el dispositivo final en su estado cerrado, el cumplimiento normativo se consigue ya en la fase de dise\u00f1o y fabricaci\u00f3n de la placa de circuito impreso. Nuestro equipo de ingenier\u00eda garantiza el cumplimiento de la normativa de la FCC comprobando que su dise\u00f1o incorpore planos de tierra adecuados, barreras de blindaje y pistas de impedancia controlada. Adem\u00e1s, durante el montaje SMT, utilizamos la inspecci\u00f3n automatizada en 3D de la pasta de soldadura (SPI) para garantizar que las cajas de blindaje queden perfectamente soldadas, sin huecos que puedan provocar fugas de interferencias electromagn\u00e9ticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Aerospace_Medical_and_Automotive_Reliability_IPC_Class_2_vs_Class_3\"><\/span>Fiabilidad en los sectores aeroespacial, m\u00e9dico y de la automoci\u00f3n: Clase 2 frente a Clase 3 de la norma IPC<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la normativa legal impuesta por el gobierno, las clasificaciones de fiabilidad de los productos determinan c\u00f3mo se fabrica, inspecciona y valida f\u00edsicamente un conjunto. La Asociaci\u00f3n para la Conexi\u00f3n de Industrias Electr\u00f3nicas (IPC) divide la calidad de fabricaci\u00f3n en tres clases distintas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IPC_Class_2_Dedicated_Service_Electronic_Products\"><\/span>Clase 2 del IPC: Productos electr\u00f3nicos de servicio especializado<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La clase 2 abarca la electr\u00f3nica comercial est\u00e1ndar, incluidos ordenadores, equipos de comunicaci\u00f3n y dispositivos de IoT de consumo, en los que se busca un rendimiento continuo, pero que no son totalmente vitales. Se admiten peque\u00f1as imperfecciones est\u00e9ticas en la superficie o anomal\u00edas no funcionales, siempre y cuando se mantenga la integridad el\u00e9ctrica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IPC_Class_3_High_Reliability_Electronic_Products\"><\/span>Clase 3 del IPC: Productos electr\u00f3nicos de alta fiabilidad<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La clase 3 se aplica a los equipos en los que es imprescindible un funcionamiento ininterrumpido y continuo, no se puede tolerar ning\u00fan tiempo de inactividad y el entorno operativo puede ser excepcionalmente adverso. Esto incluye los sistemas de vuelo aeroespaciales, los m\u00f3dulos ADAS para autom\u00f3viles y los instrumentos m\u00e9dicos de soporte vital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fabricaci\u00f3n conforme a la clase 3 de la norma IPC exige tolerancias m\u00e1s estrictas en todas nuestras instalaciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Requisitos del anillo anular:<\/strong> La clase 2 permite que el orificio de perforaci\u00f3n se salga de la plataforma, siempre y cuando se respete un margen lateral m\u00ednimo. La clase 3 proh\u00edbe estrictamente cualquier desviaci\u00f3n; el orificio de perforaci\u00f3n debe permanecer \u00edntegramente dentro de la zona de cobre, lo que requiere una calibraci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica de la perforadora de gran precisi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Espesor del recubrimiento del barril:<\/strong> La clase 3 exige un espesor m\u00ednimo de recubrimiento de cobre de 25 \u00b5m en el interior de los orificios pasantes de la placa de circuito impreso (frente a los 20 \u00b5m de la clase 2) para evitar que las v\u00edas se agrieten en condiciones de expansi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica extrema.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pautas para la inspecci\u00f3n visual:<\/strong> Las uniones de soldadura en los BGA, los circuitos integrados de paso fino y los componentes de orificio pasante deben cumplir los criterios de humectaci\u00f3n al 100 % durante la inspecci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica automatizada (AOI) posterior al reflujo y la evaluaci\u00f3n por rayos X en 3D.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"FAQ\"><\/span>FAQ<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"schema-faq wp-block-yoast-faq-block\"><div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1779786764865\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">P: \u00bfQu\u00e9 ocurre si mi montaje de placas de circuito impreso \u00abllave en mano\u00bb no cumple con la normativa RoHS?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">R: Si se detecta que su producto contiene sustancias restringidas (como plomo o cadmio) por encima de los l\u00edmites permitidos, no podr\u00e1 venderse ni distribuirse legalmente en la Uni\u00f3n Europea ni en otras regiones que hayan adoptado la Directiva RoHS.
