>Diferencias entre PCB flexibles y PCB r\u00edgidos<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Manufacturing_process\"><\/span>Proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n del PCB flexible no difiere mucho del proceso del PCB r\u00edgido, pero su sustrato y estructura no son los mismos, habr\u00e1 algunas diferencias, y el coste es un poco mayor que el del PCB r\u00edgido.<br>Paso 1: Cortar la placa de cobre flexible en el tama\u00f1o requerido de acuerdo con las especificaciones del dise\u00f1o.<br>Paso 2: Taladrar agujeros pasantes, ciegos, enterrados y otros agujeros en el laminado para conectar los circuitos entre las distintas capas.<br>Paso 3: Depositar una fina capa de cobre en la pared del orificio para realizar la conexi\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica entre capas.<br>El cuarto paso: el uso de equipo fotolitogr\u00e1fico sensible a la luz para transferir el patr\u00f3n del circuito a la placa revestida de cobre para el siguiente paso de grabado, para asegurar que el circuito que queda despu\u00e9s del grabado es el dise\u00f1o requerido.<br>Paso 5: Utilizar soluciones qu\u00edmicas para eliminar las l\u00e1minas de cobre no deseadas, conservando la realizaci\u00f3n del trazado del circuito dise\u00f1ado.<br>Paso 6: La superficie del circuito se trata con antioxidantes y protecci\u00f3n contra la corrosi\u00f3n, como chapado en oro, esta\u00f1ado u OSP (Organic Solderable Protectant).<br>Paso 7: La pel\u00edcula de recubrimiento se lamina sobre la superficie del circuito para proporcionar aislamiento y protecci\u00f3n contra la humedad y el polvo y mejorar as\u00ed la seguridad y longevidad de la placa de circuito impreso.<br>Paso 8: Las capas se prensan juntas mediante una t\u00e9cnica de laminaci\u00f3n.<br>Paso 9: Corte el producto en la forma deseada mediante corte o tecnolog\u00eda de corte.<br>Paso 10: Prueba del producto acabado para garantizar la calidad del producto, despu\u00e9s de que la prueba sea correcta, embalaje y env\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n<div flexibles<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los PCB flexibles se pueden doblar y plegar manteniendo el rendimiento, en relaci\u00f3n con los PCB r\u00edgidos las aplicaciones son m\u00e1s amplias, los PCB flexibles son ligeros, ahorran espacio, tienen buena conductividad, y alta libertad de dise\u00f1o, las ventajas de la instalaci\u00f3n de PCB flexibles tambi\u00e9n es m\u00e1s conveniente, en el coste de fabricaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 un poco m\u00e1s alto, pero ahorra costes de mano de obra y tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La producci\u00f3n de materiales flexibles para PCB, principalmente poliimida (PI), poli\u00e9ster (PET), dicarboxilato de polietileno naftaleno (PEN), adhesivos, l\u00e1mina de cobre, PI, PET, etc., cada uno con sus ventajas e inconvenientes, depende
